With the presence of the Rock Hall, the Polka Hall of Fame and one of the best orchestras in the world, Cleveland has always loved music. The period from the mid 80s to the early 90s was a crazy time for dancing in the Flats.
From a straight club having the first gay night, to a straight club advertising in a gay magazine to the placement of the first gay ad in a straight mag, this was an extraordinary time to grow up.
